Cloud Migration
Picture an office server under a desk, a website on aging shared hosting and email with a provider nobody remembers signing up for. We inventory all of it, plan each move, test it and cut over with a rollback plan ready.

How it works
Everything handled properly
Discovery and audit
An inventory of servers, applications, DNS records, scheduled jobs and the dependencies between them.
Migration plan
Order of moves, cutover windows and who does what.
Data migration
Databases and files copied, then checked with row counts and checksums.
Email migration
Mailboxes, contacts and calendars moved to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Testing
Applications tested on the new platform before DNS changes.
Rollback ready
The old environment stays intact until you sign off.
How migrations run
A cloud move without the surprises.
Every migration follows the same five steps, and nothing switches over until it has been tested.

-

New environment built and data moved across.

How we start
From first call to running smoothly
-
01
Assessment
We review your current systems, accounts, costs and risks, and note what is undocumented.
-
02
Plan and design
We propose an architecture, migration plan and monthly budget for you to approve.
-
03
Implement
We build, migrate and secure your environment, scheduling disruptive changes outside business hours.
-
04
Manage and optimize
We monitor, patch, back up and review costs each month, with a short written report.
Usually a short window during the final switch. We lower DNS TTLs in advance and schedule the cutover outside business hours.
Yes. We move the site files, database, SSL certificates and email, and time the DNS changes so visitors and mail are not lost.
A single website or a small mail migration takes a few days. Several servers with interdependent applications can take a number of weeks. You get a timeline after the audit.
We can. The approach is the same; the target platform is chosen during planning.
It depends on what you run. Azure fits naturally if you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server; AWS has the broadest service catalog and is a common choice for Linux web applications. We recommend based on your applications, licensing and the skills of your team.
Usually. The cloud account stays in your name and is billed to you by AWS or Microsoft, while we manage the environment through delegated access.
