Questions

Managed Servers questions

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly.

We manage cPanel, Plesk and servers without a control panel.

AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Linode and most VPS or dedicated hosts that give root or administrator access.

Monitoring alerts our support team, who investigate and restore service within the response times agreed in your plan. You receive a short incident note afterward explaining the cause and the fix.

It depends on what you run. Azure fits naturally if you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server; AWS has the broadest service catalog and is a common choice for Linux web applications. We recommend based on your applications, licensing and the skills of your team.

Usually. The cloud account stays in your name and is billed to you by AWS or Microsoft, while we manage the environment through delegated access.
