Cybersecurity

Most attacks exploit ordinary gaps: reused passwords, missing MFA, unpatched software and staff who click a convincing link. We find and close those gaps first.

How it works

Everything handled properly

Security assessment

A written review of accounts, devices, backups and exposed services, with fixes ranked by risk.

Multi-factor authentication

MFA on email, admin accounts and remote access.

Admin account hygiene

Separate admin accounts and removal of unused access.

Endpoint protection

Managed antivirus and EDR, disk encryption and patching on staff devices.

Email security

Phishing filtering and DMARC.

Staff awareness

Short training sessions and simulated phishing emails.

Ransomware resilience

Immutable or offline backup copies and a recovery plan that has been tested.

How migrations run

A cloud move without the surprises.

Every migration follows the same five steps, and nothing switches over until it has been tested.

Systems, costs, risks and dependencies listed.

  2. 2

    Plan

Architecture, timeline and budget you approve.

  3. 3

    Build and copy

New environment built and data moved across.

  4. 4

    Test and switch

Tested fully, switched outside business hours.

Cybersecurity questions

Most attacks are automated and opportunistic: password spraying, phishing and scanning for unpatched systems. Any business with weak passwords or exposed, unpatched systems gets caught by them, whatever its size.

We implement technical safeguards that support HIPAA, such as access controls, audit logging, encryption and backups, and work alongside your compliance advisor. We sign a BAA before handling protected health information.

Turn on MFA everywhere, confirm your backups can actually be restored, and get an assessment. Those three steps address the most common incidents.

It depends on what you run. Azure fits naturally if you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server; AWS has the broadest service catalog and is a common choice for Linux web applications. We recommend based on your applications, licensing and the skills of your team.

Usually. The cloud account stays in your name and is billed to you by AWS or Microsoft, while we manage the environment through delegated access.
