Questions

IT & Cloud questions

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly.

It depends on what you run. Azure fits naturally if you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server; AWS has the broadest service catalogue and is a common choice for Linux web applications. We recommend based on your applications, licensing and the skills of your team.

Usually. The cloud account stays in your name and is billed to you by AWS or Microsoft, while we manage the environment through delegated access.

We support networks, devices, email and user accounts remotely. On-site visits can be arranged through local partners where needed.

Managed plans include monitoring and an agreed out-of-hours response for critical issues, such as a production server or firewall going down. The response times are written into your plan.
