How we start
From first call to running smoothly
-
01
Assessment
We review your current systems, accounts, costs and risks, and note what is undocumented.
-
02
Plan and design
We propose an architecture, migration plan and monthly budget for you to approve.
-
03
Implement
We build, migrate and secure your environment, scheduling disruptive changes outside business hours.
-
04
Manage and optimise
We monitor, patch, back up and review costs each month, with a short written report.
We start by listing what the server actually does: file shares, a line-of-business database, print services, Active Directory. Some of it moves to Azure VMs, and some is better replaced by SharePoint, OneDrive or Entra ID. The final cutover is typically scheduled for a weekend.
We advise on the right mix, for example Business Premium where you need Intune and conditional access, and can manage licences through your Microsoft tenant.
It depends on what you run. Azure fits naturally if you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server; AWS has the broadest service catalogue and is a common choice for Linux web applications. We recommend based on your applications, licensing and the skills of your team.
Usually. The cloud account stays in your name and is billed to you by AWS or Microsoft, while we manage the environment through delegated access.
