How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months.
- Client and billing records are kept for as long as the contract runs and then for up to 7 years to meet tax and legal requirements.
- Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days unless needed to investigate a security issue.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, individual accounts with access limited to what each role needs, and training for everyone who handles personal information.
Your rights
