Virtual Phone Numbers
People are more likely to answer, and call back, a number they recognise as local. We order the numbers, route them where you need and handle porting of the numbers you already have.

Compliance
Built-in controls for calling rules
We provide the tools. Your business stays responsible for consent and how campaigns run.
- TPS and CTPS screening
- Reasonable calling times
- Abandoned call limits under Ofcom guidance
- Valid caller line identification
- Secure call recording
- Number reputation monitoring
Fully hosted
Your dialler runs on managed cloud servers. No hardware or server room to look after.
Priced per seat
Pay for the agent seats you use and scale up or down as campaigns change.
Hands-on configuration
We build campaigns, lists, dispositions and carrier routes, and we troubleshoot the problems that stop a floor: one-way audio, failed registrations, dropped transfers.
Carrier partners
Numbers and SIP trunks come from established carriers we partner with, and we handle setup, porting and routing.
Compliance controls built in
TPS and CTPS screening, abandoned-call limits, information messages and valid caller ID settings to support your PECR and Ofcom obligations.
How we start
From first call to running smoothly
-
01
Requirements
We note your seat count, campaign types, expected call volumes, countries called and the CRM or tools the dialler needs to talk to.
-
02
Build and configure
We deploy the dialler, connect carriers and numbers, and set up campaigns, lists, users and dispositions.
-
03
Test and train
Test calls on every route, audio checks from agent locations, then training for supervisors and agents.
-
04
Monitor and support
Automated alerts on server health and call quality, with support from our team when something needs fixing.
New numbers are typically live within a few working days. Porting takes longer and depends on your current provider releasing the numbers.
We check how outbound numbers display and help you request corrections when one is wrongly flagged. Keeping abandoned and silent calls low does the most to protect your numbers.
Usually a monthly fee per agent seat, plus call minutes billed per minute or as a bundle. Setup is a one-time fee.
Yes. Geographic, non-geographic and mobile-range numbers are available through our partner network. We order them, port your existing numbers and route them to your dialler or phone system.
