How we start
From first call to running smoothly
-
01
Assessment
We review your current systems, accounts, costs and risks, and note what is undocumented.
-
02
Plan and design
We propose an architecture, migration plan and monthly budget for you to approve.
-
03
Implement
We build, migrate and secure your environment, scheduling disruptive changes outside business hours.
-
04
Manage and optimise
We monitor, patch, back up and review costs each month, with a short written report.
Often. Common savings come from oversized instances, unattached EBS volumes, old snapshots, idle load balancers and on-demand pricing on servers that run all year. We review Cost Explorer, make the changes you approve and report what changed.
Yes. We set up the servers or containers, database, storage and automated deployments from your Git repository, along with monitoring and backups.
Lightsail offers fixed monthly pricing that suits small websites, and you can move to EC2 and RDS later as needs grow.
It depends on what you run. Azure fits naturally if you already use Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows Server; AWS has the broadest service catalogue and is a common choice for Linux web applications. We recommend based on your applications, licensing and the skills of your team.
Usually. The cloud account stays in your name and is billed to you by AWS or Microsoft, while we manage the environment through delegated access.
